NR Investments, the investment department of our Nolan Redshaw team are pleased to announce the completion of another prime investment.

Pilsworth Industrial Estate was sold by NR Investments on behalf of a private client to a regional investment company at an initial yield of 6.95%. The popular estate just off junction 3 of the M66 motorway, comprises of 27 individual industrial units which total approximately 25,000 sq ft.

Our Surveyor Jonathan Pickles says: “Pilsworth Industrial Estate is an extremely popular, strategically positioned estate. It incorporates units of various sizes ranging from 500 -2,300 sq ft with a historically minimal vacancy rate and a variety of asset management opportunities. This investment was sold off the market which again reflects the strong demand for multi-let industrial estates of this calibre.
