Finishing Techniques Limited from Greenmount have completed the purchase of site 1A at Chamberhall Business Park.
Their plans, subject to receipt of planning permission from Bury Council are to construct a state-of-the-art facility.
Negotiations were carried out by our Director Paul Nolan, on behalf of St. Modwen Developments who are the acting developers on this project.
Attracting a large amount of interest due to its central location, we were overwhelmed with offers and excited about the future of Chamberhall.
Our Director was delighted with the news, as were the rest of the team:
